The E2 Programme is not restricted to recent graduates and sales and marketing experience is not a prerequisite.

The programme is open to all degree disciplines, however, modern languages, engineering, computer science, business and sales and marketing graduates are particularly encouraged to apply.

There are a few important pre-requisites you must meet before you can apply to the E2 programme.

E2 applicants must hold a third-level qualification (degree, HND or equivalent) and meet the following essential criteria:

• All E2 candidates are required to demonstrate a competent level of written and spoken English in order for us to progress their application. This is due to the nature of the programme and the tasks candidates will engage in if successful
• Be self-motivated to achieve the highest performance;
• Have the ability to work alone in-market or within a team environment;
• Be clear and assertive in their communication;
• Have the ability to plan and execute actions without supervision;
• Be customer focused;
• Be competent with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Email)

For European or international export roles, it is highly desirable for applicants to be fluent in the principle language of the target market and to hold a valid driving licence.
