Graduates
The
E2 Programme is all about export development.
E2 gives graduates, from any degree background the unique opportunity
to work alongside a NI company in an attempt to identify ways in which
they can help the company grow and expand into international markets.
This graduate scheme is not restricted to new graduates and graduate
sales and marketing experience is not a pre-requisite.
Graduates are individually matched to Northern Irish companies who are
committed to a business strategy of opening new export markets.
The E2 Programme is 37 weeks long as is split into two phases.
Phase 1
Graduates will spend the first 12 weeks of the programme in Northern
Ireland. Graduates spend the first 2 weeks of the programme with their
company familiarising themselves with their company and its products/services.
Then for 2 weeks graduates receive management training from Parity.
Graduates then return to their placement companies for 8 weeks, working
with their placement companies on their export development projects
and will go on day release to receive export development training from
Envision.
Phase 2
For the remaining 25 weeks of the programme graduates will re-locate
to the place where their company wants to expand their reach into. This
can be anywhere around the globe and placements to date have included
Poland, USA, Germany, France, Canada, Russia, Oman, Belgium, Spain,
Uruguay but also ROI and GB.
With a number of intakes of the E2 programme throughout the year we
are constantly recruiting and applications are open to both graduates
and undergraduates.
