The E2 application process has been designed to help graduates find the right employer and export marketing opportunity, based on their individual strengths and development areas.  

The application process consists of the following stages:

Online Application

Apply to E2 today by clicking on the ‘apply here’ link situated at the top right hand side of each page. We do not accept applications via email.

Interview

You will be invited to attend a competency and scenario based interview at Parity’s premises in Dargan Road where you will be expected to be able to display understanding of the concept of export marketing and the E2 programme itself.

Matching

If you are successful at interview you will enter what we term the ‘graduate pool’. At this point we will start to work with you on a one to one basis to match your skills and career aspirations to a suitable E2 project.

We recruit all year round for the programme. To find out the start dates for the
