Employers
The
E2 programme is Invest NI’s new graduate export development programme
focused on employers in Northern Ireland looking to take a strategic
approach to export development and building sustainable export markets.
Through export development projects, using a fully trained and accredited
graduate, E2 client companies will work with Parity, Envision and Invest
Northern Ireland to acquire and develop existing exporting competencies.
With expert support to establish a robust company export development
plan, each E2 employer sets out how they will quantify and measure the
success of their E2 projects over time. Each E2 project is delivered
in two distinct phases:
Phase one – 12 weeks (fixed) includes NI induction, planning,
research and initial training and consists of
- Company mentor briefing – supporting a graduate, provision
of a mentor pack, training content details (both company and graduate),
reporting/review procedures;
- Commencement of company export development plan – structuring
plans to build on company's export aspirations;
- Initial export consultancy visit - refining objectives and developing
project plans;
- Ongoing export consultancy visits to ensure smooth and successful
progress;
- Export marketing workshops - developing manager's strategic exporting
focus and building exporting capability.
Phase two – 25 weeks with your matched graduate in-market.
